JOB DESCRIPTION:
Forecasting and Inventory Management:
Conduct thorough market analysis and product demand forecasting to maintain optimal inventory levels and Work closely with the team to anticipate stock requirements and prevent shortages or overstock situations
Purchasing and Procurement:
Collaborate with suppliers to execute timely and cost-effective purchasing of packaging materials. also Implement effective procurement strategies, negotiating terms to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
Purchase Order Management:
Generate, track, and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgetary constraints. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies
Logistics Coordination:
Oversee the logistics of product shipments, ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse. Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation processes and minimize delays
Invoice Management and Collaboration with Finance:
Work collaboratively with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to financial processes
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions, inventory levels, quality control assessments, financial transactions, and vendor coordination Generate reports on purchasing trends, inventory turnover, and operational metrics.
Quality Control:
Collaborate with the team to ensure that all products meet established quality standards also conducting inspections for each batch of received products Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas vendors, and improve product quality in terms of packaging including pricing
Vendor Controlling:
Check and control about price (Comparation budget), material, adjusted to needs business.
- REQUIREMENT DETAIL
- Bachelors’ degree in relevant expertise area or equal level developed by experience.
- A detail-oriented person with strong forecasting and analytical skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage macro & micro tasks.
- Excellent data processing skills in Microsoft Excel
- Have experience as PPIC in Beauty Industry min 2 years
