Responsibilities:

  • Office Supplies Management.
  • Responsible Expatriate Permit Extension.
  • Responsible for office and employee accomodations monthly billing.
  • Petty Cash Management.
  • Business trip process, Hotel booking, flight booking, etc.
  • Package Delivery Management.
  • Maintain Vendor Relations.
  • Provide Administrative Support.
  • Maintain and update office records, maintenance of company assets,  databases, and filing systems.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking etc.
  • Lease agreements and permits related to office needs.
  • Complete another task related that given by superior

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Min 2 years experience in related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to general affairs.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of local regulations regarding expatriate permits is highly desirable.
  • Initiative and independence in carrying out responsibilities.
  • Have good negotiation skills with 3rd parties (suppliers/vendors).
  • Multitasking.
