- Villa Coordinator

Full-Time, 6 Days/Week
Company Overview:
- Loca Villa Group (LVG) is a property development and rental management company based in Bali.
- Our company focuses on high-end services, specialising in luxury buildings and lifestyle properties. The company is currently in a growth phase and has extensive plans for future expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking multiple Villa Coordinators to oversee clusters of 4-villas or 5-villas located next to each other.
Coordination & Scheduling:
- Schedule and coordinate villa services, including housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and pool upkeep.
- Plan and arrange weekly and monthly maintenance checks, ensuring timely fixings.
Reporting & Quality Control:
- Conduct daily and weekly inspections to ensure high standards are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on property conditions, service quality, and inventories.
- Update and manage inventory, coordinating with external vendors for maintenance needs.
Sourcing & Staff Management:
- Assist in sourcing, hiring, and training new staff members.
- Ensure that all villa services meet company standards and provide top-quality experiences for guests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality or villa management industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities, both with staff and external vendors.
- Ability to handle scheduling and operational logistics effectively.
- Proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia native.
