Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in stage activities such as interactive dance, magic, event / drama, etc. with children.
- Responsible for organizing and implementing daily activities, timely analyzing, summarizing, and reporting after the activities are completed.
- According to the program requirements, lead the team to complete the allocation of performance roles, coordinate scheduling, and oversee rehearsals, training, and actor replacement training rehearsals.
- Assist superiors in resolving any issues that arise during the performance in a timely manner, and further standardize the actors’ operational procedures to ensure that the performance proceeds in an orderly manner.
- Responsible for expanding, communicating, and collaborating on external activities, and timely and effectively coordinating various aspects of external coordination.
- Responsible for the procurement, distribution, and storage of items required for the daily activities of the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in preschool education or broadcasting and hosting related fields;
- Full of love, passionate about the children’s industry, with some experience in children’s training or teaching, able to grasp the basic psychological characteristics of children;
- Good image and temperament, approachable, strong language expression and communication skills;
- Ability to communicate and work in English or Chinese;
