Event Planning and Execution:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events related to the promotion of premium vehicles and spare parts.
Coordination with Sales and Marketing Teams:
Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to ensure events align with business goals and marketing strategies.
Budget and Resource Management:
Oversee event budgets and ensure the efficient and effective use of resources.
Event Evaluation and Reporting:
Analyze event outcomes and provide reports with recommendations for future improvements.
Building Relationships with Clients and Partners:
Interact with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure event success.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Management, Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing events, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry or related event management and marketing industries.
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in managing vendors and third-party providers.
- Creative and innovative in designing engaging event concepts.
