- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, or related fields
- Have experience in HR area atleast 3-5 years
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven analytical skills and attention to details
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Prepare Payroll Report details for further process (Attendance report,Leave and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan and PPh 21 of all employees are processed accurately.
- Bridging effective communication between Departments and Management.
- Handling employee welfare and employee problem
- Conducting control on the HR/Operasional budget usage
- Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records, including HR database
- Supporting in Visa process
- A flexible and has a self-motivated personality with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a dynamic environment
