- Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional customer experiences? Join our dynamic team at Pulse, a premier villa management company in Bali. We are looking for a Reservation & Guest Services Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring seamless booking experiences and top-tier guest services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
- Assist guests with villa availability, pricing, and reservation procedures.
- Provide accurate information about villa features, services, and local attractions.
- Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
- Work closely with the concierge team to ensure smooth guest check-ins, transportation, and in-villa services.
- Resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date reservation calendar and communicate booking status to relevant teams.
- Support the management team with reports, feedback, and suggestions to improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service (villa or hotel industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in reservation systems and booking platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to work in an office around Umalas.
- Be ready to work flexible hours, 6 days per week
