Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and technically talented individual to join our team as an Software Project Manager for software development. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering IT software products on schedule with high standard together with our our technical architects. You’ll be expected to be super organized, proactive and can work great with a team culture. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for software business requirements gathering (BRD), including assessing and highlighting all technical/IT requirements.
- Creating detailed project proposals to outline scope, objectives, timeline, and resource needs for software projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business needs.
- Be involved in the software development cycle from start to launch. Support the engineering team to develop the software solution, from software task creation to technical documentation and QA testing.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist the development team with code development for identified bugs.
- Assist in planning and optimizing budget, timeline, and team, while securing necessary resources.
- Develop comprehensive software documentation – including Software Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications (FSD), Technical workflows, UAT Documents, IT Security Documentation, etc.
- Ensure IT security protocols are followed by using tools for performance/load testing and vulnerability scanningk
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Computer Science or Information Systems degree or related background
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- At least 5-8 years of related technology project management experience preferred
- Experience in managing web, internet or mobile-related projects a must
- Good client relationship management skills
- Experience or a certification in agile processes, or PMP certification is a plus
- Inquisitive and analytical
- Responsible and self-motivated
