Job Description
- PT. Pharos Indonesia one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Indonesia is currently looking for Warehouse Supervisor.
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor the material expedition (incoming & outcoming) and storage for pharmaceutical products, including but not limited to finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw materials, etc.
- Ensure all Warehouse activities comply to regulatory standards (CPOB, SJPH, cGMP).
- Prepare regular reports on Warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
- Oversee and lead the Warehouse team activities to ensure the optimum productivity of the department.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Apothecary is required for this role.
- Having 1 year experience in warehouse management, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in pharmaceutical guidelines, such as CPOB, CPOTB, cGMP, GDocP, and SJPH.
- Qualified individual with a data-driven attitude, proactive, good analytical thinking & problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and systematic thinking.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide).
- Willing to be stationed at the manufacturing site in Tangerang (Prima Medika Laboratories).
