Responsible:
- Working with Continuous Improvement leader to achieve the company’s target through Lean Manufacturing system, 5R, and other kaizen tools.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and implement process improvements through CI Project
- Working with cross-function team to validate the impact of CI Project implemented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree industrial engineering, or related field
- Experience 1 year handling project
- Has knowledge of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value stream mapping)
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and using analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart).
- Good analytical skills, attention to details; systematically approach with high degree of focus on results,
- Willing to work at our Factory in Tangerang, Banten
