Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to develop and monitor logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Analyze logistics costs and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and optimize logistics processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics to management.
- Lead, mentor, and train logistics team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably with a focus on financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management in logistics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
