- We are also looking for Junior Area and Store Manager, and Crew Store
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the area handled with a min average of 4 to 6 outlets (stores) spread throughout Bali area.
- Set sales and operational standards and objectives for each outlet and departments.
- Ensuring that all store staff keep the store to the highest possible standards and procedures.
- Ensuring store shrinkage is within company guidelines by conducting stock control.
- Driving and monitor sales and work toward meeting monthly business review objectives.
- Recruit, hire and train new store staffs in their direct area.
- Regular outlet visits to evaluate operations, ensure compliance in all areas of customer service, store operations, and loss prevention.
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure outlets are profitable and stay within budget.
- Evaluate performance of the entire outlet team using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
- Provide constructive guidance to store leaders and the team related to all areas of effective operations, to ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing restaurant/store operations as an Area Manager for Food & Beverages retail.
- Strong restaurant or multi-unit retail management experience.
- Having F&B Management skill (Opening Outlets, Restaurant Operation & System, and Training).
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
- The ability to pay close attention to detail and stay organized.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Working knowledge of ERP software / POS and high mobility.
