Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create SOP, flow charts, documents and work sheets for QA and QC.
- Ensure SOP is well implemented by all personnel.
- Read product manual to be able to conduct proper inspection.
- Conduct reguler on site inspection on each progress throughout the project implementation.
- Attend site meetings to understand project progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA progress reports.
- Identify, anticipate and provide solutions for potential problems in project.
- Expedite project handover.
- Investigate customer complaints and operational problems.
- Create monthly training materials for lessons learned from various projects.
- Create, monitor and analyze quality metrics to track performance and identify trends.
- Review and revised SOP for continuous improvement.
- Manage QS personnel.
COMPULSORY QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 5 years experience as QA / QC Manager in construction related industry.
- S1 degree in electronic / electrical or equivalent academic qualification.
- Advanced English.
- Own transportation.
- Based in Jakarta.
- Attention to detail and comfortable with administrative works.
- Fast learner, strong leadership and excellent communication skill.
