Responsibilities:

  • Checking all import documents before and after shipment arrive.
  • EXIM activities including preparation, process, licensing, and analyze lead time of the process.
  • Manage relationship with Custom & Vendor.
  • Knowledgeable PIB information
  • Update all information about import
  • Problem Solving for import issue
  • Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure all charges and custom are billed correctly.
  • Maintaining a database for import shipment and direct report to management
  • Processing claims on import shortages and overages.
  • Handing other report to government agency related with Import, licenses and facilities

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Certified Custom Specialist (PPJK/Kepabeanan)
  • Understand international trade, taxation, freight forwarding, logistic and shipping.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable in FMCG industry is a plus point
  • Preferably specialized in Export & Import with minimal 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in English both written & spoken.
  • Analytical/problem solving skill.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
