Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Checking all import documents before and after shipment arrive.
- EXIM activities including preparation, process, licensing, and analyze lead time of the process.
- Manage relationship with Custom & Vendor.
- Knowledgeable PIB information
- Update all information about import
- Problem Solving for import issue
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure all charges and custom are billed correctly.
- Maintaining a database for import shipment and direct report to management
- Processing claims on import shortages and overages.
- Handing other report to government agency related with Import, licenses and facilities
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Certified Custom Specialist (PPJK/Kepabeanan)
- Understand international trade, taxation, freight forwarding, logistic and shipping.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in FMCG industry is a plus point
- Preferably specialized in Export & Import with minimal 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in English both written & spoken.
- Analytical/problem solving skill.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
