  • Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain foreign worker documentation in coordination with the agent, such as:

RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc.

  • Foreign worker documents collection / coordination for SEA region (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines & India) & upcoming resorts within the APAC region (primary role) & recruitment – screening / sourcing activity (secondary role)
  • Perform ticketing and hotel/accommodation arrangement
  • Handling HR administration, documentation and invoicing
  • Maintain good relations with vendors and agents
  • Ad hoc functions

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any major (preferable from Tourism) with good command of English
  • At least 2 years of experience as HR General Admin staff or related positions with foreigner formalities in multinational company
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment area
  • Attention to detail and a team player
  • Energic and positive thinking
  • Ability to do multitasking jobs

General Requirements:

  • Fluent in English is mandatory, speaking other language (Mandarin and French) is a plus
  • Able to work long hour and with tight closing schedule
  • Willing to travel if needed
  • Having good attitude and communication skills
