- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading and managing creative teams, a creative leadership or project management role.
- Experience in developing creative campaigns for brands.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Recent experience launching complex digital products.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the latest content and design trends.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong Knowledge of the design process and program management.
- Having copywriting skills, Creative Direction and Branding skills, Creative Strategy and Graphic Design skills, and Team Management skill.
- Having a branding portfolio is an added value.
- Work placement will be in Sidoarjo, East Jawa.
