Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- Having at least 2 years of working experience as Purchasing
- Able to work under pressure / within deadline
- Good leadership skill
- Good microsoft excel / word
- High integrity, Initiative, Proactive
- Detail oriented
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Able communication English and mandarin is plus
Job Descriptions:
- Familiar with Purchase flow and procedure
- Open PO to supplier based on quantity, allocation of purchases based on area
- Monitoring and follow up outstanding PR
- Follow up delivery until payment if needed
- Outsourcing vendor / comparison
- Find and Negotiation with vendor
- Help monitor ordered goods until they reach the warehouse
- Make report purchase
