- Polibeli is looking for a Modern Trade Manager to join their amazing team!
- Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence in modern trade channels, both nationals and local modern trade channels.
- Overseeing the budget for modern trade channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account partners.
- Create and ensure the delivery of JBP (joint business plan)
- Manage and develop a team of key account representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Have the capability to analyze performance and insight into internal and external data or finding
- Have the operational capability to drive operational accounts or stores
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- At least 2 years of managing a team.
