Job Description:
- 1. Creating civil planning and cost estimates including Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- 2. Analyzing plans, quantities, and other project documentation to estimate costs.
- 3. Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
- 4. Analyzing data that can affect costs.
- 5. Assessing the financial, technical, and operational risks of the project.
- 6. Visiting project sites to gather information.
Applicants for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree of civil engineering with a minimum GPA 3.00.
- 2. Preferably having experience at least 2 years in civil works, but fresh graduate can be cosidered.
- 3. Use applications/software to produce civil assesments and calculations, e.g. AutoCAD.
- 4. Excecute on site Civil work together with Project Engineer team.
- 5. Deliver cost-efficient solutions according to project budgets.
- 6. Strong communication skills
