Job Description
- The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. Communicate with customers, email, live chat and call (inbound/outbound). Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability. Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs. Data entry in various platforms collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processes.
Basic Requirements:
- – Minimum D3 / S1 any major
- – Minimum GPA 2.75
- – Fluent in English both of Written and Reading (min. B1 Intermediate – B2 Upper Intermediate is a MUST)
- – Min. 1-2 years experience in Customer Service position
- – Communicative.
- – Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday.
- – Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA.
- – Candidates can work immediately if they pass the client interview.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment)
- Compliance operations experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Knowledge Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
