Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise management on potential impacts.
Accounting Operations:
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor the accounting and tax team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Audit Support:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and tax examinations.
- Prepare necessary documentation and schedules for audit purposes.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Working Days:
Monday to Friday
Working Hours:
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
