Job Description
- Daya Cipta Tech is an IT solutions provider company that aims to optimise and deliver impactful solutions related to technology, especially in the Information Technology (IT) field to our customers. We are a growing company and we are seeking an IT Support Specialist to grow together with us.
- IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Create Installation Progress Timeline and Report (weekly and monthly)
- Provide installation, database configuration, testing, and troubleshooting support
- Assist customers with system requirements and project requirements
- Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) by assisting and guiding customers for UAT
- Provide training of system to end users
- Manage IT services request via call, email, and Service Desk application
- Possess high standards and communicate effectively with customers, key stakeholders, and management
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with relational databases (MSSQL and MySQL), preferably in MSSQL
- Experience with Remote Server Deployment, preferably in Windows Server
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical terms
- Good written and oral English communication skills are essential
- Willing to travel to Singapore for work if it is required
