Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with overall marketing and business objectives
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI
- Oversee the creation of engaging content, including ads, videos, and other digital assets
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support
- Work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy and execution
- Combining experience in agency advertising and brand side will be a plus
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns preferably for Men Products
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with web analytics and reporting tools
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful digital marketing campaigns
