- 1Quality Control Measures -Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production or service delivery process.-Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain quality standards.2Documentation -Create detailed and accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and defects.-Report and track defects, working closely with development or production teams for resolution.3Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall product or service quality.-Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.4Compliance Assessment -Ensure products or services comply with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.-Stay informed about changes in regulations and update quality processes accordingly.5Customer Feedback Analysis -Analyze customer feedback and complaints related to product or service quality.-Work with customer support teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Requirement
- Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communication, Management, etc). Experience Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools. Specific QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, both in local language and English (mandatory).Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
