- Finance Accounting Associate (maternity replacement – 3 months)
- About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to drive the development and success of our business. As a Finance Associate, you will assist the manager with day-to-day financial procedures. You will be managing account records, revising and updating financial reports, and preparing financial data for reviews and taxation.
- What You Will Do
- Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases.
- Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulated tax laws/procedures
- Manage and ensure all transactions are executed based on applicable company policies and procedures
- Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures
- Support and be involved in day-to-day business operation process and contribute to the improvement of business process
- What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willing to go the extra mile
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus
