Job Description
- Ensuring the business has enough liquidity to meet operational needs and optimizing working capital.
- Working with the president to prepare and analyze the annual budget, identifying deviations and recommending adjustments.
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and credibility of financial statements.
- Assessing the company’s finances and determining areas of risk to its assets and money.
- Overseeing investment strategies.
- Overseeing a team of accountants, financial analysts, and bookkeepers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in finance & accounting, with at least 5 years in senior managerial positions .Having experience in property industry.
- Having good communication and leadership.
