Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Translator to assist with translating documents, communications, and other materials from Mandarin to Bahasa and vice versa. The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in both languages and a strong understanding of cultural nuances, grammar, and context to ensure accurate and meaningful translations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate written materials (documents, manuals, emails, reports) from Mandarin to Bahasa and Bahasa to Mandarin.
- Provide verbal translation or interpretation during meetings, conferences, or video calls when required.
- Review and proofread translated documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure that the translated content retains the original meaning and tone.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin with min. HSK level 4.
- Proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
