CS Job Decsription:

  • – Respond to customer inquiries via OTA and WhatsApp Channels in a timely and profesional manner;
  • – Assist guests with the booking process, including reservations, modifications, and cancellations;
  • – Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns, from booking issues to accommodation-related matters, ensuring a positive experience.
  • – Work closely with the villa manager, housekeeping, and operational teams to resolve guest issues promptly on daily basis.

– Review management:

gather and analyze guest feedback to improve our services, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • – In coordination with villa manager, provide accurate and up-to-date information about our properties, amenities, and services to guests.
  • – Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing any last-minute requests or adjustments.
