- Monitor and solve mechanical problems that occur during the production process during Shift-A work time.
- Carry out machine preventive and maintenance programs according to the schedule that has been made.
- Control and organize the work of mechanical members for each shift.
- Coordinate/hand over work with the next shift mechanic coordinator, regarding matters related to mechanical work.
- Make a work report on the Logbook that has been provided.
- Give work assignments to mechanical members according to ability.
- Organize the work of members to solve mechanical problems.
Requirements:
- Having an educational background with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance or a similar field.
- Understand the basic techniques of machine repair and maintenance.
- Able to read and make technical drawings well and able to use Autocad.
- Knowing heavy rotary equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
- Able to communicate in English in a conversational manner.
- Willing to work in shifting system and 6-day work.
- Willing to in Cikarang Barat, Jawa Barat.
