Requirement:
- 1. Major in minimum bachelor degree from Accounting or Finance Management.
- 2. Knowledge in accounting operations and financial management experiences.
- 3. Have more than 2 years experiences in Accounting and Finance, experiences from Consultant is preferred.
- 4. Proficient in MANDARIN and ENGLISH language skills is required (speaking, writing, reading, listening all active).
- 5. Proficient in using Ms. Office software such as Excel, Word, PPT, and Accounting software (SAP Hana)
- 6. Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and function well in a high-paced environment
- 7. Have a good communication and coordination skills, join in a teamwork.
- 8. Have an analytical and flexible thinking and good working attitude.
Job description:
- 1. Responsible for the accounting process and monitoring management of expenses, AP/AR transactions, funds, and assets.
- 2. Responsible for monthly closing, compiling company’s transaction documentation
- 3. Responsible for the finance and accounting related work;
- 4. According to the requirements of the company and relevant laws and regulations, conduct full-process control of business processes from a financial and accounting perspective;
- 5. Prepare relevant accounting and business management reports, verify relevant business management data
- 6. Cooperate with other personnel to do daily operation in finance and accounting, analysis and other management work;
- 7. Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, such as financial statements, AR, AP, general ledger, bank reconciliation, cash flows, etc.
