Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
  • 2. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation; taste dishes to ensure consistent quality.
  • 3. Work closely with the Sous Chef and other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • 4. Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and manage waste.
  • 5. Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.
  • 6. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 1. Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie
  • 2. Strong integrity, organizational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • 3. Have knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
  • 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments.
  • 5. Willing to be placed in Gianyar, Bali
