About the Job:
- Monitor and review the company’s strategy and performance management, spanning planning, monitoring, and evaluation phases. This involves activities such as schedule preparation, data collection and processing, conducting business trend research, compiling and analyzing company performance reports, and offering strategic recommendations based on study results. Additionally, communicate management mechanisms for company strategy and performance to employees, ensuring the implementation of the Eigerindo Management System aligns with established calendars and procedures.
In this role, you will get to:
- • Facilitating activities related to Annual Strategic Planning, Strategy Alignment, and Creating Corporate Activity Plan
- • Monitor and validate progress and KPI Achievement of all organization unit Activity Plan
- • Maintain company’s performance dashboard and report
- • Analyzing data and information (internal & external) and creating Business Research Report and Recommendation for Management
- • Managing schedule, meeting, and agenda also providing personalized support to top management
- • Taking part in organizing various corporate events
What you will Need to Succeed:
- • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Management / Industrial Engineering or related fields
- • Have good understanding of business administration, strategic management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques.
- • Familiar with PDCA Cycle
- • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Well knowledge of Key Performance Indicator, Strategic Management tools, Risk Assessment and Project Management
- • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- • Able to facilitate and manage discussions on corporate target; Monitoring Corporate performance
