Job Description

The responsibilities for this position include:
- Oversee and manage the finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to align with company goals.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage cash flow and banking relationships to optimize financial performance.
- Implement internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies and initiatives for business growth.
- Provide financial insights and support to the senior leadership team for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and experiences required for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent is a plus).
- Able to speak and writing in English is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
