Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding bookings, payments, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Guide customers on the features and functionality of the WeTravel platform.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Identify and escalate issues that require further assistance or attention.
- Collaborate with the internal team to continually improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (experience in travel or hospitality is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
