Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition for Havilla Tea. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea, a strong background in sales and marketing, and a proven ability to generate leads and build relationships with distributors, retailers, and direct customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.

Lead Generation:

Identify and engage potential customers, distributors, and retail partners in local and international markets.

Account Management:

Maintain relationships with existing clients and distributors, ensuring their needs are met while exploring opportunities for upselling.

Marketing Campaigns:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Content Creation:

Assist in developing content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels to promote Havilla Tea.

Reporting:

Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on sales metrics, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for tea and the ability to convey product knowledge to potential clients.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales is an advantage.
