- Manage and build strong business relationships with all major Hypermarkets / Supermarkets, Minimarkets and MTI along with distributors
- Manage, Supervise, Develop sales and account development
- Identify growth opportunities and develop distributor / agent sales activities
- Colaboration with the distribution team to monitor account performance in terms of sales effectiveness, promotions and product-related analysis.
- Provide direction, supervise the sales team consisting of modern trade and merchandising teams
- Measure team performance based on achieving sales targets, developing and executing promotions, ensuring they are motivated and focused on the company’s strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Maksimum Age 35 Years old
- Have a knowledge about NKA minis and Hypsu Chain, MTI
- At least 6 years of experience in FMCG Indonesia, from food and beverage products in MT Account Have knowledge and control of Modern Trade Outlets in the area you are applying for
- Experience with buyers (Beverages Division) in handling trading Terms from Hypermarkets / Supermarkets & Minimarkets, especially good connections with Modern Store Buyers
- Experience carrying out below-the line activities indoors or outdoors and accustomed to handling SPG, TL and other promotional activities (below the line)
- Have good sales skills, good relationship with MD buyers and strong negotiation skills
- Strong leadership, communicative and good modern trade team concept
- Have a driver lisence (SIM A)
- Mastering Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel/spread sheet; Ms. Word; Ms. Power Point)
- Willing place in with future prospect to be assigned in any cities of Indonesia Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Bali, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Manado dan Makasar
