- Hi, Eatwell Culinary Group (Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi & Dapur Solo) is currenly looking for B2B Sales Manager / Catering Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- – Manage the sales of the organization by assisting department leaders in developing business plans that include sales & revenue
- – Researching prospects and generating leads
- – Tracking sales targets and reporting results as required
- – Handling customer inquiries, questions and complaints
- – Preparing and delivering quotes and proposals
- – Understanding and promoting the organization and products
- – Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- – Assist the department leader, with other departments in maintaining product quality, and properties, reviewing trends, and maintaining product capabilities in order to best relate to customers
Requirements:
- – Experience in the hospitality or catering industry is preferred.
- – Experience in planning and implementing sales and event management strategies
- – Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build good client relationships
