Job Description
- The Talent Development Department Head will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to human resource development, ensuring the continuous growth and advancement of the company’s workforce.
- Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resource development policies and procedures.
- Conduct socialization and communication of employee development policies across departments.
- Oversee the execution of the Samudera Management Development Program (SMDP).
- Coordinate the development and implementation of mandatory training curricula.
- Propose career path frameworks and guidelines for the company.
- Design and implement Individual Development Plans for employees.
- Report on employee mapping using company-approved methods.
- Propose and implement strategies for succession planning.
- General Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development or human resource management.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proven track record in designing and executing employee development programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in succession planning, employee mapping, and HR analytics is preferred.
