- RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for creating, revising and inactivating Item material, BOM SF and FG in SAP business System.
- Updating, maintaining and controlling database item related to SAP including create and update the procedures and Working Instructions of SAP.
- Cooperate with cross-team to ensure all information for master data SAP is complete without any delay on product timeline.
- Maintaining and Controlling all R&D documents such as Formula, Product Specification, RM PM spec, R&D Procedures and Working Instruction.
- Maintaining Lab Equipments including scheduling calibration of lab equipment and ensuring the execution annually.
- Manage ATK, Petty cash and reimbursement for all R&D expenses.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Min. D3, any major.
- Have 2-5 years of experience with expertise in DataBase Management system and prefered at FMCG Company.
- Have good analytical skills and communication skills.
