Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily sales operations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and ensure product quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales supervisor or in a similar sales role, preferably in the organic fruits and vegetables industry.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of organic produce and sustainability trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office.
