Job Description
- PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in the Hospitality sector for HR Manager [Japanese Speaker] for placement in Bali.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- 1. Employee development & Training
- 2. KPI assessment
- 3. Manage all human resources activities for all outlets in Bali & Jakarta
- 4. Other duties assigned (as Translator JPN to Eng/JPN to IDN)
Qualifications:
- Able to attend 1 month training in Tokyo, Japan
- Willing to go business trips (domestic & international)
- Fluent in Japanese
- a People Person, excellent in communication and able to do networking
- Experienced in HR roles
- Understand labour law
- Preferred from Hospitality & IT industry
