Job Description
- Operations Management
- Oversee and manage the front-of-house service where restaurant and bar opera9on policies and
- procedures are used to ensure highly standardized service levels.
- Oversee and manage the back-of-house service and coordinate with the Head Chef.
- Ensure that food and beverage selec9ons meet quality standards, presenta9on, and consistency.
- Manage inventory levels of all consumables and perishables.
- Perform other du9es as assigned.
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and other team members.
- Set performance standards and provide feedback and coaching to enhance staff performance.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and avoid
- overstaffing during slower periods.
- Financial Management
- Implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve financial targets.
- Monitor and manage revenue and costs related to food and beverage, and suggest cost-saving
- measures where applicable.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Prepare, develop, and report marke9ng plans according to current and forecasted future budgets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to attract guests and increase business
- Guest Experience
- Ensure a high level of guest sa9sfac9on through excellent service and aJen9on to detail.
- Handle guests’ inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to con9nuously improve the dining experience.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
