Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Monitoring project budget.
- Preparing construction planning and sites, materials, and tools.
- Accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required.
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
- Monitoring performance of sub-contractors.
- Handle all interruptions and complaints client.
- Estimation, bidding, negotiation and purchase for things related to building maintenance and construction needs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering, or any major related construction and building maintenance.
- Deep understanding about design, construction, building maintenance.
- Experience min. 3 years in the same position.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to operate Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Power point, Ms Word).
- Good problem-solving abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to resolve conflict.
- Willing to travel for business (Jakarta-Cikarang).
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Deltamas) area.
