- Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min. 3 years experience in Accounting and Costing
- Understanding of budget management
- Good decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate and interact with relevant stakeholders including clients, staff and other finance and accounting entities
- Possess a good level of practical skill in the use of Microsoft Office packages and Oracle software
- Possess an excellent understanding of accounting especially costing matters
- Strong communication skills, especially in English
Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze costing, including COGM, COGS, and QC cost testing, while addressing unscheduled issues and reporting to relevant departments.
- Maintain inventory costs, track movement, manage slow-moving inventory, and oversee QC testing for both commercial and project products.
- Analyze resource rates, compare OPEX vs budget, handle budgeting processes, and ensure timely reporting and follow-up across departments.
- Present executive summaries, cost reports (COGS, CAPEX, expenses), assist with annual audits, and maintain communication with corporate finance teams.
- Upload budget data into Oracle, create SOPs, manage Oracle CRs for costing, and contribute to continuous company improvements.
