Job Description
- Analyse and make recommendations in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for Corporate & individual cashless claims handling.
- Monitoring cashless process for corporate and individual claim
- Coordinate with related parties to support the nonstandard cashless claim process.
- Manage other ad hoc claim analysis.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries related to claim status and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a medical background, preferably medical doctor.
- Having 2 years of experience in case management, claim analyst or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Having PAMJAKI and AAAIJ/AAIJ certifications is a plus.
