- Responsible for designing and implementing land acquisition strategies and plan for new developments.
- Work closely with land owners, local governments, and community organizations to gain support, for proposed new project.
- Negotiation and communicate the status of land transactionclearly with land owners and making accurate records of land transactions.
- Responsible for land certification.
- Responsible to manage and control, make a strategy and insure all certification proccess and land matters.
- Responsible to make target, budget, and efficient execution all of land matters.
- Responsible to make LA and LC report to Board of Director.
- Handling and monitoring land of acquisition.
- Handling governments relation (BPN, Pemda, Dispenda, Notary, Jasa Marga, etc).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land management and acquisition, preferably from the oil palm plantation industry.
- Experienced in land permits, especially permits for conversion, reclassification and logging.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Quickly adapt to local conditions.
- Have problem solving and time management skills.
- Willing to carry out intensive field work.
- Organized and able to work with multiple teams.
