Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled In-House Legal Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across various aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and protecting the company’s legal interests.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide legal advice and support to Seafood Business department.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Manage corporate governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with industry regulations and legal developments affecting the company.
Job Qualifications:
- A law degree from an accredited university.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in-house or with a reputable law firm.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong organizational skills.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Experience in the aquaculture industry or a related field is a plus.
