- Responsibilities
- Work closely with the architects designers and provide the list of FF&E specifications based on designers selections (material finishes, furniture, ironmongery, sanitaryware, etc)on Excel table
- Understand how to check working drawings to coordinate with vendors
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing and following up the production processes
- Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Liaising with procurement/buyer/project manager
