- Supervise Preventive Maintenance activities on machines and equipment in production areas, laboratory areas and warehouse areas such as forklifts.
- Improve technical skills of technicians
- Create risk assessment documents, create change control documents, create deviation reports if any
- Manage computerized maintenance management systems
- Carry out various improvements so that the production machine can run well in order to achieve the company production target
- Coordinate and supervise projects
- Monitor maintenance expenses and support the head of engineering in preparing budgeting
- Ensure spare parts are available
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or D3 degree in Engineering is prefered.
- Minimum 2 years experience in engineering as a supervisor
- Understand the principles of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, continuous improvement, and project management.
- Have advanced knowledge related to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control of production machines such as PLC, Scada Inverter, etc.
- Have knowledge of CPOB and HSE and be able to apply it properly and correctly
- Have a leadership spirit, honest, firm, technical analysis, and able to work well together
Have knowledge of Operational Excellence, ISO 9001:
2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 2200:2018 and Halal Guarantee System
