- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role (manufacture industry)
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skill (design engineering software)
- Professional Certifications will be a plus
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance (machine, tools, electrical/mechanical)
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Conduct preventive maintenance work
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time
